How Online Diet Planning/Counseling works:-

Upon starting of your diet plan you will be on one to one telephonic appointment with us, where we will discuss your health issue and weight concerns, any medical condition you have, food preferences, dietary requirements and workout schedule if any. We would ask you about, what a typical day is like for you, any specific cravings you have often, sleep duration and quality, stress levels, past history with nutrition and dieting, medications and supplements, etc. Our queries are aimed to give us a clear picture of where you are now. Our work is also to bridge that gap between where you are now and where you want to be using the correct meal and workout plan designed for your body and lifestyle.
